Do you use AI writing for you blog? Why or why not?
How often do you use it, if you do?
I don't currently have a blog, but if i did I would absolutely include AI for at least some portion of the content, mostly because it helps to "fluff" certain parts of the articles so long as the research is done well.
I did it for one particular article just to try it out. However, it's not something I do constantly. I normally write my own articles instead of using AI to do it for me. I think letting AI doing it for me all the time would defeat the purpose of me having a blog in the first place.
I just started my own blog... and it's about AI, so yes, I'll be using AI to help me write things, but not always. I don't like the stuffy feeling of AI, so I want my own relaxed voice to shine through.
I use it for my reviews at Bingely. I really struggle to form a review properly so I put my thoughts into AI amd then it does it for me.
I didn't use it fully. I only use it used it to generate structure and ideas. If you post raw AI content, readers will feel it. Blogging needs real voice, small mistakes, personal gist.
I've tried using AI for blog posts too. Sometimes it creates really good, useful content, but other times it turns out completely bad—like everything is written in the pastense and feels unnatural.
AI-generated articles are also quite easy to recognize. Even when you read them yourself, you can often tell they were written by AI because of the repetitive style and tone.
Do you think we could train AI to get our tone if we teach it enough from some of our posts on forums?
