If you leave it with basic instructions it will very happily just make things up, but if you specify to use the internet and search engines, it will actually go out there and do some research before generating content for you.  Worthwhile thing to remember

Yep, I make sure to very specifically tell it "using the internet and search engines, make me...etc"

I asked Chatgpt something about bank charges when I was checking my account balance and the answer was off. It was not completely wrong but it's not accurate either. It sounded confident and that's the scary part.

That's really scary!! It's similar to something we used AI for (an open book test my husband took) and AI only got 80% correct.

Well I tried to get it to turn my cat into a human, but it kept changing him into an anime character with cat ears. xD I tried to be a bit more specific but I still got the same anime guy with cat ears. I gave up trying to turn my cat into a human with ChatGPT after that. xD
