Need AI Blog ideas

I've come up with a lot of cute ideas to test out AI for my blog, but I need more. What can I ask AI to do to make a good blog article?

I like AI for topic research. I don't view that as cheating. Well, some topics, like insurance, for instance, are so boring that I can't write up articles for it.
